USA: The Wyoming Jazz Ensemble, Uw Jazz Faculty, Ben Markley, Director & Terell Stafford-Winds of the Snowys(2018)

The University of Wyoming Jazz Studies Area's premiere group the Wyoming Jazz Ensemble offers their debut album "Winds of the Snowys." This album features world renowned trumpeter Terell Stafford and UW Jazz Faculty, Ben Markley, Scott Turpen, Ryan Fourt, and Ed Breazeale. The album features a variety of music including jazz standards, vocal pieces, and original compositions. Pianist Ben Markley serves as the director for the UW Jazz Studies area and contributed 4 originals and all of the arrangements to the date. All proceeds from this recording go to support the UW Jazz Studies Area.
